I have pretty much given up on ROC (for how long ????)The shares just don`t seem to be able to go up AND STAY UP.
With the last surprise to shareholders from the last China well, I am reluctant to hold the POS in case insiders again get a whiff of a dry hole and sell it off before the rest of us ordinary people.
If so the POS will really sink like a rock and give up more than all of its recent gains.....
