Ive been using iress for over one year, main problems sound like
Turn off blocking so it can install, if using Pc go into internet options and make www.comsec.com.au a safe site
Always make sure you log off, for some reasons sometimes it donest reset if you just close it down....
Also make sure that you dont have another comsec.com.au page running, sometimes they run in the background....control alt del and close any other web pages
Agree with above comment, charts are not the best, infact they are better on the main comsec site, but iress has the speed and info.......
PS sometimes it just freezes, or seems to, this is a java warning, this warning runs in the background and freezes everything.....just press enter, this makes the trouble shooting page pop up, everything goes back to normal and you can just close the trouble shooting box and trade on
