Thx heaps, Dugsy. So, needless to say, but as expected, ASX guidelines are highly interpretative. I consider myself to be a "reasonable" person and, as such, expect the commencement of mining to have a material effect on the price. However, my opinion (based on experience) doesn't consider those in charge of this company to be "reasonable". So, what does this mean for us??? Lol

All jokes aside... the fact that the company announced last year (one day after the commencement of blasting operations at Agate Creek at the start of their first mining campaign) that "Mining Begins at Agate Creek Gold Project" more than suggests it will disclose it. They set the precedent last year, so there is no room for interpretation now.

Mind you, we know how tardy they like to be and I don't think recent talk on the forum will be filling them with an unmitigated willingness to please (despite what we might like to think). .
