I also note today's company update goes back far enough to cover the HCT agreement but for some reason fails to provide update on the options underwriting agreement, which was announced after the HCT deal.
With options expiry fast approaching I would have thought an update would have been very welcome. Is the $10.5m still "guaranteed"?
