I did not recall having read " the following in Orbis most recent quarterly report.

"and as Orbis has said in its reports, the sector is subject to unusually high risk"

It said the REIT sector at current price level, i.e. 5-10% of NTA, presents unprecedented investment opportunity.

Hence your comment is not right.

"... thus holding many REITs that are in a similar predicament to diversify."

I am glad to be proven wrong.
