Where are you seeing that this has been put to the tribunal & will be determined by Nov?

I've just reviewed the SA Supreme court judgements, and it appears that the SA Supreme court has rejected (on 1Oct) Primero's request to transfer the case to the WA Supreme court, and also rejected Primero's request to stay the SA case....it seems that they have not progressed the case in WA to satisfy the judge that this is a duplication of effort. I suspect that stay was to stop Wartsila making a claim against Primero for at least ~4.3m in damages as a result of not achieving key dates.

It would have thought that mgmt should have informed the market of this judgement on 1Oct (and it seems that the shareprice did not move so I would imagine most holders are unaware).......this is in the range of $52-69m and PGX may need to pay Wartsila (even if just temporarily until they put in their full claim), but surely a material even?!?
