Well - UCM caught the markets eye today. With international markets almost everywhere on the slide, there was a Big Surge in UCM Buying interest today. 1.2 million shares in UCM were purchased today with rising prices for most of the day.
This compared to just 35 thousand shares changing hands yesterday.
Seems there were quite a few waiting to see what the 4C quarterly had to say, then swooped to pick up what they could.
It is interesting to read in todays release that the business in China and sales of the Uscom 1A are still moving ahead as predicted. The UCM China team are good operators, very well managed and well respected. It is becoming more and more evident that the generic "China Business problems" commonly publicized in the media are not an issue for Uscom China.
