    100% - And they get this raise away before producing their audited accounts. I'd be wanting to see the auditor sign off on their assessment of the accounts receivable balance. I want to see the age of some of these receivables, some must be greater than 12 months now and surely hitting bad debts territory.

    Receipts remain at distress levels.
