$NST buying $SAR has put a massive speed hump in the price IMO.
Any reasonable kind of drill hit for $AEV and $NST would have jumped pretty quickly on a cheap takeover but their desire for cheap dirt has to have waned short term.
Once the dust settles on that deal, add a decent grade and AEV becomes super attractive for takeover again and we should see some serious value. Not sure it will happen before Feb 21 at least tho
