I was waiting all afternoon for this yesterday and refreshing the browser every minute this morning waiting. I thought they would offer something low but this is ridiculous. Can they really expected anyone to accept 10c a note??? It appears as if they don't even want us to consider it, its like they are just going through the motions so they can say they made us an offer. REJECTED!
