Agree but when the whole sales pitch was based on 30 days and now it’s been removed where does that leave us
I know I only purchased because of these claims as do a lot of customers because that’s what’s sets us apart from everyone else.
Unfortunately from the hype when I asked U.K. office about the 30 claim and was happy with the info and then bought it transpires maybe I was a little confused with what I read !!! Without the validity of the claim where are we ? Once the competition start unpicking there way through customers and agents and start offering the same product performance as Zno but for less money where will that leave the marketing strategy.
