Hi Jeremy, well thought out view points. Expectation is set by management and they have missed this now on multiple occasions, which tells me they have issues they are dealing with that cannot be agreed to by certain parties, therefore material in nature.
I don't doubt this will be completed but there are still moving parts that all parties cannot agree to right now. Hopefully management will close this soon...
