Farmers furious about rocks removal red tape

FACELESS bureaucrats are fining farmers for clearing rocks from their land, despite firefighters saying large rocks could break axles on fire trucks.

Many farmers in Whittlesea have gathered rocks into piles, but the local council says they are unnatural and breach green-wedge planning regulations.
