Tough I know. But hold tight.

If you look at it from a commercial perspective - ATS survived the absolute shit show that was march/april/may (where futures went negative) due to sound financial management. Still profitable while many shale competitors went into Chapter 11 (with more to come that are heavily debt leveraged). For me, that was the scariest period, I managed to accumulate at 0.007, now wish I got more at that time.

Oil sentiment is still low, but not nearly as bad as 6 months ago. Once we have travel back I believe we will see a lot more oil being consumed. If I look at my home state (Western Australia) for example, people are going nuts for regional travel. As humans we don't just "stop" wanting to travel, we are just delaying purchasing. Ask anyone what they'll do when a vaccine comes and the majority will have "take an international trip" on that list.

Governments are also tending to plan to stimulate through some form of public construction - all which require oil. Supply will undoubtedly reduce medium term somewhat due to Chapter 11s, while demand will increase.

The test will be, can Australis get more out of the ground by that point? IMO a drilling partner will come along when there's an uptick.
