NVA fair value for 3.3 Moz is currently at $0.34 ...
Announcement today certainly should get us to 5 Moz to 7 Moz territory.
IMO fair value ...
For 5 Moz ... $0.51
For 6 Moz ... $0.62
For 7 Moz ... $0.72
A deposit like this on 5 Moz to 7 Moz ballpark could crank out USD $307M to USD $430M revenue per annum assuming a 12 year mine life, 60% resource to reserve, 76% recovery at 85% ownership.
Monster revenue potential ... and that should be with gross margins > 50%!
Will be interesting to see what mine life they go with for a "starter pit", given the deposits elsewhere at Estelle.
