I find statements such as "wont make a Zack of difference" as a distortion of the position. Why do Business groups, community groups support the packages if they do not make a zack of difference. In a declining economy when consumer spending was supposed to be declining the Dec figures in fact showed the highest sales in twelve months. Lets be fair about this. We cant be fooled by the Opposition.
