Loved the analogy to WhatsApp: We have smartphones where we can communicate with sound, video, text, and pictures, but WhatsApp went a step further and monopolized the entire digital communication transaction by incorporating all into their one app, instead of using SMS, Skype, phone, and internet links for pictures. CRO aims to monopolize the entirety of the trade trade transaction, i.e. Manufacturer > wholesaler > retailer > customer, with integration into each individual's systems in a way not seen before.

For the easily agitated, know this: the company has been pretty clear that individual customer relationships will not be disclosed via the ASX portal. Adrian further confirmed this by stating that the detail required in such an announcement would more than likely require an amount of detailed contract information that neither CRO or the customer would want shared. The performance of the business is going to measured Q on Q on Q on Q...which means ONCE EVERY THREE MONTHS. Don't be sweating for individual announcements just because the SP hasn't moved 3 pips in a couple weeks, ok?
