very sceptical of that. what for the consolidation? so that they can raise more and it doesn't look as bad?

agree number of shares has to come down. one way is the "unmarketable parcel" option which they can do without consolidating first. i am guessing with the recent sp distruction, a significant number of shareholders would make use of this.

another option is to buy back on market once we have free CF. that would send the right signal!

sorry, not on board with this. this is too easy to get out of the misery they put themselves in ... but unfortunately, they would have convinced Molton already, so it probably is a done deal ...
