Its pretty straight forward Letty.

This business, and shareholder value in it, has been destroyed over the past four years.

Back then, the shares were 34c and the company was capitalised at > $110m.

Now here is the thing Letty. The board and senior executive team who blew it all up are still governing and running the business today.

Nothing has changed.

So there is no way things will improve at Veris until big changes happen at the board and senior management level.

That wont happen Letty. Why you say? SELF INTEREST!
