Ann: Annual Report to shareholders, page-2

To those that have been disheartened by the recent SP slump read the below CEO address on the 2020 Annual Report. The investment thesis remains the same IMHO and the company is kicking goals in accordance with their Prospectus.

Here are some points I would like to reiterate if forgotten:

• This is a pre-revenue business. Temporarily made Jaxsta Pro free until 2021 which means when the other side of New Year comes Jaxsta will be making money from those subscriptions (however many opt to pay)
• The revenue model is hard to understand for most retail investors. The revenue generation of the music industry in general is difficult to understand not unless you had an exposure to royalties, collaboration contracts, etc.
• API deals coming very soon. Think "hey Google/Alexa/Siri, who was the producer of this song?", "Play a playlist of this producer"...
• Jaxsta is becoming the music industry authority for credits which is going to be a huge MOAT.
• Once revenue rolls in the only way for the SP is north of here.
