I don't think this year is the year to give the BOD a hard time at the AGM.

We have seen good progress during the year (slower than we want but positive), the CR was not a give away to ass cover, and everything is closer than ever. I think we will see an announcement or two pre AGM, the share price has held well post CR, and the attached options I see as a good sign PB haas done the right thing by shareholders and he believes they will be in the money and taken up next year.

What we do want is new entrants to the share registry and childish negativity won't help attract them. Sell hand move on if you dont think this company is going to go.
I believe this is a strong buy with timelines firmer than ever.
