I've just used the MA to get an indication about the trend. If it moves below, i will consider purchasing more. If it doesn't, I will maintain current position. I feel it's too risky to buy unless you know it's cheap (more so due to wider market issues)
I'm not of the belief zip will stay under 10 for too much longer. I think overseas growth is what will push us up from here.
