Little surprised that HCT would initiate the termination of the agreement. I feel that SKN were going to terminate the agreement and HCT beat them to it. HCT need all the customers they can get..

Whilst SKN has been suspended there has been no benefit in releasing positive news, whatever was released was going to have no effect on the SP etc. I am hoping that now is the start of positive news.

have you even read the agreement to better understand under what circumstances either party could terminate the agreement and what penalties might apply?
