All I'm saying is that if you're going to vote on performance incentives, know what that incentive is. It's like if I was to say to my boss, here's what I expect as a performance bonus next year, his first question would be, what are you going to do to earn it?

The lack of transparency is somewhat concerning. The fact that I have no idea exactly when to expect the Sanyo contract to come through, I have no idea how that is progressing, I have no idea whether they'll meet their timeline for the first Samsung delivery (it was October, then September, then removed completely from the OTC presentation) and I have no idea who they are actually working with because NDA apparently. Everyone else is announcing their battery partnerships, why would nvx be secret? It's frustrating because nvx reports that they're producing game changing, cost saving battery materials and yet the battery industry (one where EV makers literally can't get enough batteries) hasn't come to the table.
