Amigo, simple metallurgical processes (magnetics, gravity and flotation) have already been used to produce a concentrate of rare earths at La Paz. That was a first attempt, and there is no evidence that the concentrate was radioactive. According to your argument, these metallurgical processes would cause the concentrates made from porphyry gold deposits (and many other low grade ores) to be radioactive. Maybe your concerns about La Paz could be better focused on stocks with radioactive ores. Just a suggestion.
