    I got in on close today, for a trade more than anything else really...but we'll see how things develop.

    0.045 is cheap IMO, even with the the risks I feel CER still carries.

    Definately looks like someone wants out though....not sure they're big enough to raise real concern. Still, 12.6M traded today is higher than usual of late.
