I'd recommend you read Yanzhou Coal (600188) annual report, to get a sense of Yancoal's place in Yanzhou's portfolio.
At current 'at cost' coal prices, Yancoal is still cashflow positive it seems. It's debt facility has been renewed. Therefore if coal price recovers in the next few years ...
