    How Charles (and I say Charles as I am hoping Mike as CEO and the rest of the board will soon be replaced) times the next capital raising will be very important. Hopefully they have enough cash to allow them to wait until more details of the tie up are revealed and greater understanding of the ebony opportunity and therefore a higher share price before the next capital raise.
