Are you sure about this w27? I'm no insurance expert and i don't know whether you are. But i know if i seek access to someones property in business, and it is granted and i damage that persons property, i'm going to be sued by that owner and/or their insurer. My insurance friend tells me it happens every day.....

I suppose it could well depend on the contract between the two parties, but above all, commercial parties interacting with each other have a duty of care towards each other........
