30m shares is almost 10% of the issued capital and would require a substantial shareholder notice. When was the last time you saw one of those notices for SKN?
Corp Act requires any entity controlling more than 5% of the issued capital to lodge a notice.
It's very easy for anyone to talk up a big game but as we know often it is quite the opposite. In any case couldn't care less how many shares he holds.
