Lots of big statements on here. I transferred over to Kogan (Vodafone network) a few months ago and I've had less connectivity issues than when I was with Telstra and the $200 prepaid for a year means I can forget about it (no Telstra bills with petty fees for this and that). And more data.

I haven't been in the regions for a while given the lockdowns but around Melbourne and the Bellarine peninsula (surf coast) I've had no problems at all. Another reason I ditched Telstra was because I was fed up with paying top dollar and getting no connectivity on the trains in peak hour (or at the MCG) while I could see others streaming ok. There were a couple of times when I was with Telstra that I'd get a better signal in regional Australia than my partner (who was with Optus) but all up it was pretty marginal and more than outweighed by the number of times I couldn't even load the cricket or footy scores on the way home in the train.

I only follow this thread because I'm interested in telco having worked for most of them over the years but (as an ex Telstra holder) Telstra just leaves me stunned how they've manage to blow so much money and have so little to show for it.

Isn't the share price back where it was in the first float for crying out loud?
