Just a reminder that Wooboard, which you refer to as having "increasing uptake", is a product that has been around for 9 years, made roughly $92K in both 2018 and 2019 and declined to $66K in 2020. It may have increasing uptake now (they splashed increased # of trials in a recent announcement), but it is from a trivially low base - a product that cannot pay a single engineer's annual salary (much less the entire burn rate of RFN) is in trouble.
Personally I wish that RFN had decided one way or another to do either blockchain with Loyyal or to do Wooboard - they've changed focus 3 or 4 times, without ever truly killing the other strategy.
