Or was that Dutch company well run and successful AND aimed to stay that way? @avacrack ?
Could they see that ADO was a bunch of wannabes who bragged they would have revenue they never landed?
GC spruiked and spruiked and plenty bought the story.
Is it possible that ADO was exposed and Diasource saw them for what they were and did not want to bail them out?
Because the truth is ADO had bitten off more than they could chew.
Lucky then Diasource waited for a buyer instead of winding back the takeover agreement and forcing ADO into bankruptcy.
Lucky also that ADO had on board someone in the form of Alan Studley who salvaged a sale and survival of ADO.
Don't go making extravagant claims and not expect a counter view.
Lucky that ADO now has a more credible management and DT as GM has a clue about how to monetise IP assets.
GC was a protected species in his multinational background and had no clue about commercial reality. IMO.
