Dear Mr Clay,

I congratulate you, on the investment you have made in purchasing Zylotech shares as well as your abilities in calling an EGM. In light of the poor performance and track record of present and past directors of Zylotech, you have my support at this EGM when it is called. I am disappointed to see so little transparency off the present board. Whilst I was not a big fan of Nick Sikiotis and all his announcements that came to nothing. I am also not a fan of financial administrators (Steven Mckay) attempting to take on the CEO position. Steven’s people skills are lacking, as is evident in the lack of transparency of recent events. I do not see any strong leadership from Mr. Chalmers as the Chairman either now or when he was on the board years back. I do not know the back grounds of the other two directors.

Reading the present announcements and hotcopper I can see shareholders have a lot of respect for you, whilst we have not met, I too hope in time to meet with you, but more importantly I hope you will look after the needs of all shareholders. My shareholding of near 300,000 shares at an average cost of 6 cents represents a significant investment for me.
