It is interesting to note that the word "disappear" is used, rather than bankrupt, or go under, or go belly up as some put it.
disappear can mean anything from being taken over, voluntary merger with another REIT, voluntary liquidation, etc.
The bottom line is in any one these circumstances, what value will be realised for shareholders.
It did mention that VPG is a takeover target, which is good.
