Case number 20-11865 filed with the US Bankruptcy Court in the District of Delaware on July 27, 2020. Upon court receipt of the filing Loyyal Corporation ceased to exist.
Per the bankruptcy process in the US all equity is now gone. All creditor claims are gone. The court has scheduled a public auction to sell the assets. It is a public auction so anyone who wants to participate can freely do so. These statements can be verified as factual by contacting the trustee directly using the link above.
