A very sensible move by the BOD given the circumstances, and long overdue

it will be interesting to see the Level of pricing set, to gain maximum institutional buy-in to the CR which at a guess would be in the 4 to 5 c range to make it compelling and potentially put them in a position of being over subscribed

I do hope that if given the chance they completely wipe out any debt as there is nothing more appealing to the market than a debt free business especially in these current times, albeit at the cost of share holder dilution
