I do wonder if the Woolworths contract is very close to being finalised.
In that case, we would have had Nicholas Simms be the orchestrater of the following deals within a 13 month period:
- Coles Distributor Deal
- PuMate Distributor Deal (through his old China BUBs CEO Charles Li)
- Woolworths Distributor Deal
At which point, I believe the board and management as a whole can see the value he is adding on the FMCG distributor front and the industry connections, and perhaps strongly asked him to stay on as CEO. Would make sense given 90% of the revenue streams have occurred due to him/his contacts, makes sense he would then be CEO.
Similar to what BUBS founder did following Simms holding a ~COO manager role before being asked.
