I reported it as well, so since it was so blatant but since it was not removed I can only assume it is sanctioned HC advertising.
(I have also had a small holding in RCE for nearly as long as I've held DXB. It's a long shot, but I reckon something that may be able to kill pretty much any bacteria or virus including superbugs and Coronavirus without developing immunity or killing the patient is probably worth a punt).
