Arguably, if his bonus terms had not been triggered and met, sure, he wouldn't have been paid $800k. But our SP would not be where it is right now, and you would all have something else to complain about; like when is this new MD being paid $300k gonna get us an updated resource, or bonanza grades, or visible gold, or.........
