Hey newB. I think the reason why available credit has reduced is because of the asset writedowns. In other words, the difference between assets & debts has reduced, meaning they can now borrow less than before. Still, 800 million is quite a lot & hopefully they don't need to, and won't, borrow that much in the medium term.
