Forgot I’d already looked at this (repost from the Annual Report thread). So pre placement there are ~93m SOI. If you assume the Dutchies (who we know participated in the placement) and KMP/board don’t participate in the SPP that means there is potentially 48m worth of stock (93m SOI - ~45m held by shareholders above) bidding for 1.6m SPP shares = 3.3 FPOs per 100 (or 3.3%) if all other existing shareholders bid and are allocated pro rata to their shareholding...unless my maths is off.

Glad I’ve been buying on market...going to be very little to go around!
