What this announcement does not say is whether the removal of the break fee provision has occured without some form of payment or other consideration being made or required of the Company and or the subsidiary companies that own the asset.
This needs to be clarified by the ASX or by the BOD before or at the AGM.
I have no faith or trust in the BOD
