Look at the backdrop gold has at present with deflation and rising Us$ and other leading indicators going south. Yet investors piling into gold in record numbers,aware that sooner or later stimulus packages and fed govt dole outs will create inflationary spirals that will create unprecedented havoc here and in US/eurozone/asia ie a soverign nation to CRACK Sure hyper inflationary tendencies a "black swan" type of event mighten occur but i wouldnt bet against it That black swan doco on youtube is very interesting But once 1/ US$ drops and 2/ US$$ dloe outs hits the streets gold to fly to 1250. i agree that once gold cracks 1000 this time it will go like oil and fly past 1000 to 1500. Everything now is set in place. As i write gold is setting itself to take 1000 out. Scarey stuff when you see 4 dow stocks trading below $10 Mm
