Interesting... particularly curious as Westpac have a holding in Z1P yet chose to go with APT... makes me think APT were the ones wanting this more than Westpac did and made a convincing business case (paid $$$ ?) to do so... and/or that they believe their own investment (Z1P) isn't up to the task.
