Actually laughable, these guys sell off their two core businesses and created zero shareholder wealth in a year where cybersecurity sector was hot and booming. Sure we have 25m cash but we are now a shell company with 25m cash, with Gary and Jeff who are incapable of taking some risks and growing a business with that said cash. Now we potentially know the real reason Gregg left the board as well, Bombara must be quite satisfied with their insto investment in these boys. Gregg's resignation should have been the last straw and red flag for me but unfortunately I gave these guys the benefit of the doubt.
I'll be in the queue to get out when the halt is lifted. Good luck to holders that decide to stay.
