If I was a holder... it would be a NO vote from me... there is a message about dilution here that management is conveniently ignoring - equity issues are a far too easy form of growth funding right now.
IMO they will need the headroom of the 15% placement rule to be able to fund the Shed development @ Freemantle in the near term... would be interesting to see how they could do it otherwise.
