9xq I hear you about early days, which it is. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on another drug that shows better promise for the same application not including Temdor which has been around for many years.
I watched a mate die last year after trying Temdor only gave him 5 months so anything better than Temdor that can prolong survival until these new immunotherapies get more advanced will be a blessing. Pax appears to show promise, even 2 or 4 months longer can make a difference until something new comes along. I've seen that from personal experience.
