C10 and Decipher know the deal and have commented. The question is how long has the deal been known? There was some insider selling not to long ago, but surely that is not related.

Going by their comments, it was all about the growth. It is something many of us have banged on about for ages. I wouldn't be surprised if these key personnel put pressure on to make a deal happen, as they sold their businesses to a public entity to grow.

Given it is a private equity play, one day it will come to market one would think. I wonder what strategic remuneration deal will be revealed when that day eventually arrives.
