There are websites where you can buy templates (Word, Indesign etc) for as little as $5 where all you need do is input the information. There is no excuse for such unprofessional presentation material - especially cost savings related excuses. They have $17m in the bank.
Regardless of what news has been put out in the past there have always critics however this is the first time I have seen the loyal LTH's (such as myself) fired up so hopefully this is a big wake-up call for the Directors.
The positive in all of this is that the news WAS positive and nothing has changed in the fundamentals and it will rebound hopefully fairly quickly.
